You’re often driving necessary change—whether cultural, structural, or performance-related—while navigating legacy mindsets, resistance, or capacity constraints. It’s the constant challenge of shaping the future while managing the realities of the present.​

 

* What’s the best advice you’ve ever received and why?

​

Career advice I once received about becoming a CEO: "Think and act beyond your function—be curious about the entire business." It reminded me that leadership isn’t just about what you deliver, but how you broaden your lens to connect dots others may not see.

* My ideal holiday or way to unwind is…..? 

​

Being in the water. I swim year-round—something about the waves, the salt, the vastness of the ocean—it grounds me. The stress seems smaller when you’re surrounded by something so expansive.
