Bernie Fehon OAM

Bernard Fehon is CEO of Fehon Strategy and Design and Founder of the Vinnies CEO Sleepout that has inspired the worldwide CEO Sleepout movement.  Bernie’s career has included management and director roles and covered Research and Development, Customer Service, Financial Planning and Economic Development.

Fehon Strategy and Design is an innovative management consultancy that assists clients to develop and implement growth strategies.   With Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Financial Planning and corporate governance, Bernie has a broad range of skills and experience and naturally brings a design thinking approach to strategy development.

Bernie conceived the Vinnies CEO Sleepout in February 2006 and with a small team held the first event in June 2006.  Bernie has worked with the St Vincent de Paul Society to develop the event nationally raising over $109 million.

Bernie is a passionate supporter of Western Sydney and is focusing his CEO group membership on the Penrith, Bradfield and Nepean areas of Western Sydney.
