John Price

John Price is a highly successful business leader who understands the mechanics of growing businesses and foreseeing future opportunities.

John is an Entrepreneur with extensive board-level experience across a number of industries, including multi-site retail, national brand retail franchises, gymnasiums, education, and marketing. He is a hands-on operator with a fine attention to detail. At the board level, some highlights include founding Essential Business Training and serving as a Director in companies with multi-unit retail outlets, including UFC Gyms, Civic Video, Boost Juice, and Top Juice. He has also served on a number of sporting and community NFPs in an executive capacity and has experience in Capital Raising.

John is a problem solver who teaches businesses how to focus on driving growth, smashing KPIs and making the tough decisions. John also has a Bachelor of Business Studies and is a Fellow Certified Practicing Accountant and a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute.

One of John’s earlier visions for building a successful business came from Civic Video. John opened and operated more than 12 stores throughout the Sydney metropolitan area. Recognising business lifecycle trends and the need for diversity to spread business risk, he branched out into multi-unit food outlets, including Top Juice, Boost Juice and the premium location Cafe/Restaurant – Cove at Drummoyne.

During his career, John has been a member of a CEO peer mentoring group for 10 years and has first hand experience in the incredible benefits of surrounding yourself with other talented, dynamic leaders. He's looking forward to sharing that wisdom and experience with a new cohort of business leaders as he launches a new CEO group with LTT in July 2025.
