About the Event
On June 26, we’re showing you how knowledge from an industry leading speaker, combined with the sharing of ideas among business leaders, can lead to breakthroughs on issues that all leaders must deal with and overcome. Speaker component - Colin Chodos, Managing Director of Corporate Connection Strategies, will take you through the Harvard Service Profit Chain, which establishes relationships between profitability, customer loyalty, and employee satisfaction, loyalty, and productivity. The basic principle of the Service Profit Chain theory is based on the fact that customer satisfaction starts with good staffing and treatment of ones own employees.
