The Leadership Think Tank is a vibrant community of business leaders from diverse industries who challenge, support and encourage each other to be the best they can be.
Our story
A simple goal from day one.
Jason Tunbridge and Craig Purcell started LTT in 2013 with a clear goal - create a forum where business leaders can grow and be the best they can be. It started with CEO peer groups, and they're still the heart of it.
Over the years, LTT has brought together leaders from banking, law, engineering, industrial design, public relations, animal health, homebuilding, hospitality and many other industries. The diversity of membership within each group is the key to its success.
Some of the best advice business leaders can receive comes from other leaders outside their industry: people who are not blinkered by "that's the way we do things around here."
What does a business leader need in 2026? Critical thinking, space to be strategic, support and a confidential forum where they can table ideas to a group packed with wisdom and experience.

Why we started
Leaders needed a room where the real conversation could happen.
LTT was created because senior leaders often have plenty of advice around them, but very few places where they can speak openly, test decisions and be held accountable by people outside their own organisation.
2013
LTT is founded around CEO peer advisory groups in Sydney.
2015-2021
The Chair bench expands as more CEO and Senior Executive groups launch across Sydney.
2022-2025
Melbourne groups launch, Western Sydney focus ramps up and community events deepen the model.
Today
LTT continues to grow carefully around confidential groups, trusted Chairs and member referrals.
