What is LTT?

Membership, in practice

The Leadership Think Tank brings CEOs, Managing Directors and senior executives together in confidential peer advisory groups, facilitated by an experienced Chair.

Peer advisory

Monthly sessions with 12–16 leaders from non-competing industries, working through real decisions together.

Coaching

CEO membership includes six one-to-one coaching sessions each year. Senior Executive members can add optional quarterly coaching.

Industry speakers

Practitioners who challenge the room with useful perspective.
