Ranya Akacha

Ranya grew up surrounded by business owners and bought her first business while studying Commerce Accounting full time at Macquarie University. That early experience gave her a practical understanding of the realities of owning and running a business.

Since then, Ranya has opened other businesses, including a travel agency; coached numerous business owners; and worked as a business improvement specialist for Qantas.

Ranya works with owners to grow their business, strategise, restructure, create systems and processes, and keep teams productive. She chairs one of LTT's CEO groups.
