A morning in the room
What a session actually looks like.
8:30am
Arrive. Coffee. Catch up with people who understand your week without needing the backstory.
9:00am
The Chair opens the meeting. Each member shares how their last 30 days have been, and their most pressing challenge or opportunity in a few minutes.
9:30am
Deep dive. Members candidly present a real decision they're wrestling with. The group asks questions, challenges assumptions and shares experience.
11:00am
Commitments. Each member says what they'll get done before next month - and the group will ask how it went.
12:00pm
Leave clearer and more confident, with specific actions and a group keen to hear how you go.
12:30pm
Each quarter we also have a topic expert speaker. It's an interactive workshop session, not a stand-at-the-lectern keynote.
