Leadership Think Tank members gathered around a boardroom table

The experience

What it's like to be in the room

A confidential forum where leaders can put their real issue on the table, get honest input and leave thinking more clearly.

A typical session

The room is focused, private and direct.

Members arrive with live decisions. Some are commercial: growth, pricing, succession, acquisitions, governance. Others are human: conflict, confidence, fatigue, difficult hires, the quiet pressure of being the person everyone looks to.

The Chair sets the tone and the room does the work. Members ask sharper questions before they offer advice. They share what happened in their own businesses, where they misread a situation, what they would do differently and what they believe the leader in front of them is avoiding.

By the end, the issue is rarely smaller. It is clearer. The member leaves with a better frame, practical next steps and a room that will remember what they committed to do.

A day in the room

It works because the group relationships keep getting stronger.

The value comes from the cadence: the same leaders returning, the Chair protecting the quality of conversation, and the group remembering what each member said they would do.

  1. 01

    Arrival

Members reconnect, compare what has shifted and settle into the room.

  2. 02

    Opening round

The Chair draws out the most important live issues from each member.

  3. 03

    Issue work

One or two members go deeper while the group questions, challenges and shares experience.

  4. 04

    Perspective

A speaker or shared theme gives the room useful outside thinking when scheduled.

  5. 05

    Commitment

Members leave with actions the group will remember next month.

Inside a CEO and Managing Director group

When the final call is yours.

The program combines a consistent peer group, an experienced Chair, private coaching and external perspectives into a practical year-round leadership rhythm.

Members bring the real decision into the room: growth, people, cash flow, succession, governance, culture or the issue they cannot discuss freely inside their own organisation.

The same non-competing leaders return each month. Over time strong relationships develop, they get to know you, your business and your habits - and that's when the conversations get really useful.
