Can several people from my company join?
Absolutely. The Leadership Think Tank program is most effective when multiple executives from a company participate as group members. We recommend that executives from the same company join different group to allow for free and open communication.
Will there be competing companies in my group?
No. We have a strict policy to ensure that there are no competitors in the same group. Should a competitor of yours want to join, they would be placed in a different group.
What happens if I don't like it?
We believe that the Leadership Think Tank model is the most effective path to achieve goals and be effective in your professional and personal life. However, we also recognise that peer advisory group learning and executive coaching is not for everyone. We would recommend that members participate for at least 12 months to recognise the full benefits of the offering. Nevertheless, if you decide that it’s really not for you, then you only need to give a minimum 30 days written notice to resign your membership.
What is my notice period if I want to leave?
To assist with group harmony, we would request that members give at least 90 days notice of resigning their membership. However, if you decide to terminate your membership, then just a minimum 30 days written notice is required.
