Meet Tony Hughes

Tony is an experienced CEO and company director who brings proven leadership in building great culture and driving revenue through customer success. Tony has served as Managing Director for Sugar CRM Australia P/L, Hummingbird Australia P/L, Open Text Corporation Australia P/L, and Hughes Engineers P/L. He was also Director of Sales for Objective Corporation Limited.
He holds performance records in roles that have never been broken and has developed frameworks for modernising the way people sell to accelerate profitable revenue. He is ranked by Top Sales Magazine as the most influential person in professional selling in Asia-Pacific and teaches ‘modernised selling’ within the MBA program at the University of Technology, Sydney.
Tony is a best selling author, award winning blogger and the most read LinkedIn Author globally on the topic of sales leadership. He has more than 195,000 followers of his blog and Tony’s first book is a business bestseller. His next book, Combo Prospecting, is set for publication by AMACOM New York in January 2018.
Tony currently sits on a number of boards and his clients include Salesforce, Oracle, TAL Life, LinkedIn, Findex, Schneider Electric, BAE Systems, Red Hat and the New Zealand Government. He speaks at conferences internationally in London, the USA and for Salesforce World Tour events.
