You will understand the ‘Psychological Drivers’ we learn to persuade and influence people through asking what Phil calls the ‘Killer Questions’.
You’ll leave this session with a deeper understanding of how to positively influence people, both in your business and personal life, what to do to improve all your relationships, and a smile on your face.

Phil Hesketh has structured his life in a way that is the envy of others. Initially a psychology graduate from Newcastle University in the UK, and a sales graduate with Procter & Gamble, in 1986 Phil became a founding Director of Advertising Principles in Leeds. From a standing start, the business grew to a point where Phil was the Managing Partner, turnover was £48 million, and they were employing 150 people.
Phil’s first book ‘How to Persuade and Influence People’ is an Amazon number one best seller and has been described as ‘The definitive guide to persuasion and influence’.
Having spent his entire working life studying and practising persuasion and influence, Phil now shares his learnings on this topic around the world. This subject has dominated his academic and professional career to date, his knowledge and understanding of it has been at the very root of his success. He is a speaker, raconteur and author, and offers wit and wisdom on human behaviour and how to influence it.
